TEACHERS DAY 2025-26

The Teacher’s Day programme was organized by the students of the organizing batch 2025–26, which aimed at honoring and expressing gratitude to our Respected Dean Sir and all the teaching and non-teaching staff for their guidance and dedication towards shaping the bright future of the students of Krishna College of Physiotherapy.

Teacher's Day is celebrated to show our acknowledgement and recognition of the hard work put in by our teachers towards our development.

The MOC’s for the event were Miss. Sania Bijle and Miss. Sanskruti Dhekale. The event begins with LAMP LIGHTING and PRAYER.

The lamp lighting was done by respected Dean Sir and staff members present on the dice. The prayer song was presented by Miss. Shravani Mankame, Miss Aishwarya Jagtap and Miss. Shreya Parit, students from the organizing batch.

The programme was further proceeded by warm welcoming of respected Dean Sir and all the staff members by giving them gift hampers as a small token of love and respect to honour the teachers on this auspicious day.

This was followed by the formal welcoming of dignitaries, where the General Secretary, Miss. Jaai Pawar, delivered the welcome address in which she highlighted the significance of the occasion and expressed gratitude to the esteemed guests.

The program continued with a speech by Mr. Anirudh Awate of 3rd Year BPTh, who delivered a heartfelt and inspiring address.

The speeches presented by the students beautifully reflected their admiration, gratitude, and respect for their teachers, adding warmth and sincerity to the occasion.

The program was further enriched by the motivational addresses delivered by our esteemed faculty members — Dr. Mandar Malwade, Dr. S. Anand, and Dr. Smita Patil — who spoke on behalf of all the teaching staff, sharing words of inspiration and encouragement with the students.

The most anticipated moment of the event - the announcement of the “Favourite Teacher Award” - was presented by our Respected Dean, Sir. Favourite Teacher was chosen through a student voting process conducted on 4th September 2025.

The favorite Teacher Award was given to Dr. Suraj Kanase, he was felicitated by Dean Sir with a small token of love and respect.

The program proceeded to the announcement of the winners of the competitions held at Krishna College of Physiotherapy.

The announcement began with student teacher competition which was conducted on 4th September, Mr. Rushikesh Patil from the PG category, Miss Harshada Joshi from the Interns category, and Miss Anjum Inamdar from the UG category. Each of the students were presented with a certificate and a gift as a token of appreciation.

The winners of the Reel Making Competition for Har Ghar Tiranga, conducted on 15th August 2025, were announced in which 2nd BPTh students emerged as the winners and were felicitated with certificates by our Respected Dean Sir.

National Sports Day events were organized by Krishna College of Physiotherapy from 29th to 31st August 2025. The winners of various competitions were announced as follows:

  • Volleyball Match: 3rd BPTh – 1st Prize
  • Tug of War: Interns – 1st Prize
  • Physio Fit Challenge: 3rd BPTh – 1st Prize
  • Quiz Competition: 2nd BPTh – 1st Prize

All winning teams were felicitated with trophies and certificates by our Respected Dean Sir.

Additionally, the Major Dhyan Chand Trophy was awarded to the Interns Batch in recognition of their outstanding performance.

The Reel Making and Poster Making competitions were organized on 10th September 2025 at Krishna College of Physiotherapy.

In the Poster Making competition, the 1st prize was awarded to Ms. Ratna Prabhadevi Dattatray Kale, and the 2nd prize was won by Ms. Krutika Nitesh Pise.

In the Reel Making competition, Reel Number 4, created by Ms. Neha Bhosale and her team, won the prize. All the winners were felicitated with certificates by Dean Sir.

Then the most awaited part of the function was to listen to the most experienced and motivating person, our respected Dean Dr.G. Varadharajulu Sir. His words are always enlightening and powerful which helps the students to become successful and best physiotherapist.

Then the programme was concluded with cake cutting ceremony and distribution of cake to all the teachers and class representatives of the respective years.

Program concluded with Vote of Thanks, which was delivered by Miss.Tanvi Laddad, Cultural Secretary of the organizing batch.
