KIP: Organized Annual Sports – “RANANGAN 2026”

Krishna Institute of Pharmacy, Krishna Vishwa Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) Karad, successfully organized Annual Sports Event “RANANGAN 2026” from 12th January to 16th January 2026 with enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members. The event aimed to promote physical fitness, teamwork, sportsmanship, and holistic development among students. The inauguration ceremony was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including Dr. Chandrakant B. Salunkhe, Principal, Krishna Mahavidyalay, Shivajinagar, Rethare and Dr. N. R. Jadhav, Dean of Krishna Institute of Pharmacy, Karad, who motivated students to actively participate in sports and extracurricular activities.

More than 300 students participated enthusiastically in various outdoor and indoor sports competitions. Outdoor events included football, volleyball, cricket, kabaddi, athletics, relay races, tug of war, and shot put competitions, while indoor events featured badminton, chess, dodgeball, and carrom. Students showed remarkable energy, discipline, competitive spirit, and teamwork throughout the event.

The sports event created an atmosphere of excitement and unity across the campus. It provided students with an opportunity to showcase their talents beyond academics and encouraged a healthy and active lifestyle. “RANANGAN 2026” concluded successfully with appreciation for all participants, coordinators, volunteers, and winners who contributed to making the event memorable and inspiring.
