KINS:- Teachers Day Celebration 2024

Participants: B.Sc. Nursing and Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing students

To celebrate Teachers' Day, the Student Council of Krishna Institute of Nursing Sciences organized a Student Teacher Competition, offering students the chance to step into the role of a teacher. This event aimed to honor the invaluable contributions of teachers while allowing students to gain insight into the challenges and responsibilities that come with teaching.

The competition, held in the lecture hall at KINS, Karad, saw enthusiastic participation from B.Sc. Nursing and Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing students. A total of 45 students participated in both theory and clinical teacher competitions. Esteemed faculty members, including Dr. Jyoti Salunkhe, Dr. Nutan Potdar, Dr. Prakash Naregal, Mrs. Namrata Mohite, and Mrs. Anagha Katti, served as evaluators for the event.

Theory Teacher Competition:

First Prize: Ms. Anna Marin Philip (V Semester, B.Sc. Nursing)

Clinical Teacher Competition:

First Prize: Ms. Madhavi Bhosale (V Semester, B.Sc. Nursing)

Second Prize: Ms. Akshata Gamre (1st Year, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing)

Same day the Student Council hosted a special Teachers' Day program. Students expressed their heartfelt gratitude to their teachers through speeches, followed by a series of fun games in which the teachers participated with enthusiasm, making the celebration memorable for all.
