The event began with the traditional lamp lighting by the Aditya Birla Hospital team, Dr. Vaishali Rajsinh Mohite, Dean, Krishna Institute of Nursing Sciences, Karad and Dr. Mandar Malwade, Co-Convener of the Placement Cell of KVV Karad. Mr. Sumit Mukherjee shared an overview of Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, highlighting its NABL accreditation and state-of-the-art facilities across various medical specialties.

Students were shortlisted through a written test and interviews conducted by Linakshi Mam and Abhishek Chauhan. The event was praised by both the hospital team and students, who gained valuable insights into interview techniques.

The campus interview was organized by Mr. Tejas Bhosale and Mrs. Afsana Mulani. Dr. Vaishali R. Mohite's continued support was instrumental in the success of the event, boosting students' confidence.
