KIMS-Faculty Training Workshop on Effective Skill Training
A one-day Faculty Development Workshop on "Effective Skill Training" was conducted on 9th July 2025 at KIMS. The workshop was aligned with CBME (Competency-Based Medical Education) guidelines and aimed at equipping faculty with the necessary skills to effectively utilize simulation-based learning environments for teaching medical students.
The training focused on Skill Lab-based instruction where faculty were guided in:
- Planning and demonstrating medical procedures and skills
- Providing effective feedback to students
This initiative was crucial for enhancing teaching methodologies in alignment with modern medical education practices.
