A Guest lecture on ANDA and Hatch-Waxman act overview was organized for M. Pharm students of Krishna Institute of Pharmacy Karad under the guidance of Dr. Amol S Shete, Dean (I/C), Krishna Institute of Pharmacy, Karad on 29/07/2023 at 10:00 am.

The welcome note and introduction of the speaker were given by Dr. Jyotiram A Sawale, Professor, KVV, KIP Karad.

Morning Session: 10:00am onwards

Mr. Mayank Marvania, Manager, Pharmanovia India Private Ltd. Vadodara, Gujarat, India his learned, experienced talk includes

1. Overview on ANDA and Hatch-Waxman act
2. The requirement of filing of ANDA of some pharmaceutical products has been discussed in detail.

Students actively participated in the Question and answer session.
