The guest lecture on "Excellence in Research" by Dr. Vinay Rale, Advisor, Pune Knowledge Cluster [PKC] office of the Principle Scientific Advisor to the Government of India (PMO) at IUCAA, SPPU was organized on 16th August, 2023 as part of an academic initiative aimed at enhancing the research capabilities and knowledge of participants. Pre & Post-test result: To evaluate the outcome of our objective Pre and post-tests forms were circulated before and after the session. A positive outcome was achieved with a pre-test average score of 30 % and post-test average score of 89 %. An Average Learning Gain (ALG) of 84.28% was achieved. The program concluded with vote of thanks.
