Acute Severe Pancreatitis

On 19 sept 2024, Webinar was conducted by department of Critical Care Medicine in the department at 12 pm .

The speaker Dr Archana Gautam from Symbiosis Medical College, Pune  gave a lecture on Acute Pancreatitis.The lecture covered  basics of  pancreatic function, pathophysiology of pancreatitis, classification of pancreatitis, clinical manifestations and management of Acute severe Pancreatitis according to latest guidelines of American College of Gastroenterology.

The lecture was case based and current evidence based.  The lecture was very helpful to our team of intensivist and DM CCM Residents.

The lecture was attended by Dr Shilpa Patil , HOD CCM,Dr Ajinkya Bahulekar Associate Professor CCM, Dr Vaibhav Tulsyan , Assistant Professor CCM, Dr Harshal Kale Senior Resident CCM, and four DM CCM Senior residents : Dr Naveen, Dr Kamal ,Dr Smith,Dr Yashwanth.
