3rd Prize in State-Level Science story writing competition

Dr. Prashant Ashok Punde bags 3rd Prize in State-Level Science story writing competition organized by Akshardhara & Nirdhar Pratishthan, Kolhapur in memory of late Dr. Jayant Naralikar

Dr. Prashant Ashok Punde, Associate Professor, Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, School of Dental Science has been awarded with 3rd Prize in State-Level Science story writing competition organized by Akshardhara & Nirdhar Pratishthan, Kolhapur in memory of late Dr. Jayant Naralikar

Dr Punde’s Science story ‘Kaaljayant’ कालजयंत is amongst the 58 stories received from all parts of India for the competition. All stories were screened by renowned Science story writers before been awarded. Results of this competition were announced on National Science Day 28 February and the award function was held on first death anniversary renouned Indian Scientist Dr. Jayant Naralikar 20th May 2026 at Kolhapur. The prize consists of Momento, Certificate of Appreciation and 3000 INR.

Dr. Prashant Punde who originally belongs to Pune is been working in Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, School of Dental Sciences since 15 years.
