NATIONAL QUIZ COMPETITION MIND EXPEDITION 2K23:THE PHARMA QUIZ

Every year we commemorate the birth anniversary of our Founder Chancellor Hon. Late Jayawnatrao Bhosale Ji (Appasaheb) by hosting a National Level Quiz Competition.. This year on the occasion of the 99th birthday of Late Jayawnatrao Bhosale Ji (Appasaheb) we, KVV’s Krishna Institute of Pharmacy, hosted the National level Quiz Competition under the esteemed guidance of Dean Dr. N. R Jadhav. The Preliminary round of quiz competition was on 16th December 2023 on online mode. We received 421 registrations from 7 states across India like Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala, Uttarakhand, Andhra, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, etc.

Five contestants from the preliminary round were selected based on the time taken to complete the quiz and the total score.

The Final round of the National Level Quiz competition was held on 22nd December 2023 at KVV’s KIP. The inaugural function was graced by the chief presence of Hon. Dr. M. V. Ghorpade, Registrar, KVV’s Deemed To be University. After that Dean Dr. N R Jadhav addressed the audience. The presence of Dr. Somnath Bhinge graced the inaugural function, Dr. Durgacharan Bhagwat and Dean of Academics Dr. Akshada Koparde madam. Vote of thanks was given by Convener, Mrs. Jisha Annie.

The winner and runner-up of the quiz were Ms. Mali Aishwarya Vijay, Yasoda Technical Campus, Satara, and Ms. Leena Elizabeth Varghese, KLE College of Pharmacy, Hubli . During the valedictory function, the chief guest Dr. Yugantara. R. Kadam, Dean of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences awarded the Winner and Runner up, Cash prizes of 10,000 & trophy, 5000 & trophy respectively. The valedictory function was winded up with a Vote of thanks by Dr. Mrs. Akshada Koparde.
