One Day Online Workshop on ‘Introduction to E-content Development and AI Tools for Educational Content Creation’

The One-Day Online Workshop on "Introduction to E-Content Development and AI Tools for Educational Content Creation" was successfully conducted on 17th February 2025 via the Zoom Meeting platform. The event was organized by Krishna Institute of Pharmacy, Krishna Vishwa Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Karad. The workshop commenced with a warm welcome note, followed by the inaugural address by Dr. N. R. Jadhav, Dean, Krishna Institute of Pharmacy. A pre-test was conducted to assess the participants' initial knowledge. The first session on "E-Content Development – An Introduction" was delivered by Mr. N. Ramkeerthi, Director I/C and Producer, Educational Multimedia Research Centre, Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai, providing insights into digital content creation. Post-lunch, Dr. S. Suganthi, Assistant Professor and Deputy Controller of Examinations, G. Venkataswamy Naidu College, Kovilpatti, led two sessions: "Transforming Education with Today’s Tools" and "AI Tools for E-Content Development", highlighting the impact of AI in modern teaching methodologies.

The workshop was well-received, with active participation from faculty members of KIP. The sessions were interactive, offering practical insights into the application of AI tools in education. A post-test and feedback session was conducted to evaluate learning outcomes. The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Dr. V. S. Ghorpade, acknowledging the resource persons, organizers, and participants for their valuable contributions. The anchoring was excellently managed by Ms. Jotsna Gandhi, ensuring the smooth flow of the event. Overall, the workshop provided valuable knowledge and practical exposure, equipping participants with the necessary skills to integrate digital and AI-driven tools into educational content creation
