KINS- Executive Development Program (EDP)
Krishna Institute of Nursing Sciences, Karad, is organizing an Executive Development Program (EDP) on 14th May 2026 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Tierra Hall, KIMS, Karad. The theme of the program is “Leadership & Governance in Administration and Soft Skill Development,” aims to enhance leadership competencies, governance practices, and essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and ethical conduct for effective organizational management.
The program will be inaugurated by Dr. M. V. Ghorpade, Registrar Krishna Vishwa Vidyapeeth, Karad as the Chief Guest for the inaugural function.
The expert sessions will be delivered by Dr. Praachietiy Punndey, Founder & CMD, Proulxe Wellness & Studio Pvt. Ltd. Pune.
The event is being organized under the guidance of organizing chairperson Dr. (Mrs.) Vaishali Rajsinh Mohite, Dean, Krishna Institute of Nursing Sciences, Karad, reflecting the institute’s commitment to professional development and excellence in healthcare education.
