KIMS- Fellowship Achievement – Dr. Satish V. Kakade

We are proud to announce that Dr. Satish V. Kakade has been awarded the prestigious Fellowship of the Indian Society for Medical Statistics (ISMS) in recognition of his outstanding academic contributions to the field of medical biostatistics at both national and international levels.

This honour, titled "Fellow of the ISMS" (FSMS), is bestowed upon individuals who demonstrate exceptional academic achievements, including impactful research publications, journal editing, and establishment of bio statistical facilities, professional recognitions, awards, and active participation in ISMS activities.

Dr. Kakade was conferred this Fellowship during the 43rd Annual National Conference of ISMS, held at AIIMS Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh, from 20–22 November 2025.

He is now entitled to use the title FSMS after his name as a mark of academic distinction
