Sports physiotherapy: is a branch of physical therapy that is geared towards both athletes and casual players who have suffered an injury or ongoing problem. Sports physiotherapy is a specialized form of physiotherapy that is designed to help with injuries or conditions occurred during sports activities.
The modalities include hands-on treatment and rehabilitation. Whether you’re a professional athlete or at the beginning of your athletic journey, sports physiotherapy can be a suitable form of treatment for you.
Sports activities, whether professional or otherwise, can cause muscle strain or even serious injuries. If these problems are not given proper medical attention and treatment, they can worsen. However, these unwanted injuries can now be alleviated and prevented from happening again through the application of sports physiotherapy. She has keen interest in research Has copyrights, book chapter and book publication on her name Has expertise in Planning and Delivery of Effective Physiotherapy services. Has presented research papers in national and international conferences Has received best researcher award of KIMSDU IN 2016 Has received award for poster presentation in national and international conference in 2021 and 2023. Recognized examiner for UG and PG BOS Member of KCPT, KVV, KARAD NAAC college convenor of criteria 2 Provided physiotherapy services for many regional, state and national sports events. She is passionate about her academic teaching and clinical postings, puts her time, talent and experience to treat patients and provide best physiotherapy care.
