Quality care involves Patient centric approach specialized musculoskeletal techniques, instrumentation, infrastructure and knowledgeable and skilled professionals. Dedicated treatment is provided for Restoration of Normal to near normal function.
Skills :
Orthopaedic Manual physiotherapy including Orthopaedic Physiological techniques, Manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, Electrophysiological Modalities, Exercise therapy and other forms of pain-relieving techniques for a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions from degenerative conditions to traumatic conditions.
Specifically, to restore the function and to improve the quality of life by:
Promoting optimal mobility, physical activity, and overall health and wellness.
Managing acute and chronic conditions, activity limitations, and participation restrictions Improving and maintaining optimal functional independence and physical performance.
Conditions treated:
Advanced Manual therapy for Traumatic Orthopaedic Conditions: Conservative management, Pre-operative and Postoperative Conditions of Extremities andSpine. Specialized care for Hand injuries and Amputations.
Specialized care for ligament and Meniscal injuries of Knee joint.
Disorders of Spine and Extremities: Spondylosis, Osteoarthritis, Facetal joint arthropathies, Compression Neuropathies, Joint instability etc.
Overuse Syndromes: Tendinitis, Bursitis, Sprains and strains etc.
Postural Syndromes: Mechanical Neck pain, Mechanical Back pain, Scoliosis, Kyphosis etc. Our department provides Pre-operative and Postoperative Management for Joint replacement and Spinal surgeries.
